It seems every ad so far has been declared stupid and in certain cases has the opposite effect.

I think for me, the emphasis on that if I crash my family will be devastated.
That makes me think again before going all Colin McRae on the the back roads.

More driver education one's would be better I think, how to use roundabouts, how to use lights properly, proper motorway lane discipline, how to drive in bad weather conditions, how to deal with icy conditions, what to do at the scene of an accident.

If it was to be a crash ad then keep it simple, not something over elaborate that looks stupid and makes someone go that would never happen or the chances of that happening are slim.

It has to be straight forward, graphic and hard hitting and it needs to be as neutral as possible, not give the impression that if your over 25 you can drive how you like and you'll be fine.

maybe an adverts that shows the cost if you end up crashing.

Cost to fix the car, the increased insurance premiums, the medical costs etc...

As with everything with the Irish, they respond best when they see the effects hitting their pockets
