    Hello all,

    There is a single room available to rent on Hartlands Road, just off Bandon Road for 6 months or longer. Its a relatively quiet residential location. Only a two minute walk to Centra and five minute walk from UCC, Bons Secours. Convenient to CUH and Wilton shopping. City Centre is also very near.

    House is in excellent condition, all mod cons - solid fuel, central heating, washing machine, dryer, etc. Two bathrooms and roomy back garden with patio. Broadband and private parking available.

    There are currently 3 good natured males living in the house (1 professional, 1 mature student and 1 undergrad). We are looking for either a student or professional. Gender is not important but tidyness is!

    Rent: €320 per month
