    Ring any of your local GPs / health-clinics and the answering machine message should give you the oncall number.

    Yes or ShannonDoc, WestDoc, 24HourDoc - whatever the local GPs set up for themselves, they put the 1850 / 1890 numbers on their practice answering machines.
