Was anyone else missing sound from the cut-scene after the credits? I also didn't have any sound in the dossier cut-scenes between every mission even though I had the tv plenty loud. Is that normal or did I get a dodgy copy?

Can someone confirm there was meant to be sound in there parts? If there was, I'm going to return the game and get a replacement.

Sounds like something is wrong with the game tbf. There was always dialogue/sound in every cut scene as far as I can remember.

Spoiler alert. Don't read if you haven't finished the game.
So you definitely had sound for the Nixon/Castro/JFK scene after the credits?
I thought it was weird having no sound on the dossier screens before missions but that was the only one where words were clearly missing, i.e. moving lips but no sound.

Why should I have to though if the game is meant to have sound anyway?

oh no i meant enable them so if you see words and yet dont hear any voices then clearly you have an issue . also if you hear voices and dont see any words then you also have some issues

Ya, I am missing sound from some of the cutscenes. Subtitles came up but no sound even though there was sound in the previous part before the cutscene.

I can hear him when I'm in the room locked to the chair but when he is still talking and they are showing the prelude to the next mission, then it goes quiet.

Tesco had no problem replacing it or refunding it but they didn't have anything to replace it with and I wasn't going to take a refund and do without the game until they get it back in stock. I told them I'd wait until they get another delivery before I'd have it replaced as the online still works fine on it.

Got a replacement. No luck. I think I might just delete all BO save data and start again. I already have the accolade you get for
    unlocking "five" properly
so I can just unlock it using the cheat next time.

reading into your problem a bit online and it seems somewhat common to have sound issues but they vary from case to case . one thing a lot of people have noticed is that its working fine on a basic direct set up i.e. av/hdmi straight from the ps3 to the tv no component cables no surround sound systems noheadphones and see if it makes any difference . apparantly people have found the basic setting to be fine . this would suggest a problem ( according to the people on the forums anyway)with some of the cables you may be using but personally i thought that was bull as the same cables work fine on every other game .

this was as close as i could come to a fix and personally i dont see it as a fix at all . because who wants to play with basic audio video if it can be avoided:confused:

Got it working. Deleted my save file under Saved Data Utility and when I turned it on again, I had to go through the brightness and sound set up again. This time I chose listening level loud rather than quiet and it all worked. It wasn't that it was just too quiet last time though. Had sound at 100 and still nothing before I fixed it.
