dishwasher not draining

I just installed a slim dishwasher, thor th20. I ran a cycle and dishes are clean but there is a about 2 inches of water in the bottom after the cycle is finished. I don't think its completely clean water. Is this normal, I think it will smell if left there. The drain pipe runs up to about 80cm and then down into a 35mm pipe, the instructions said to have the pipe no higher than 1000mm and no lower than 400mm. It is level on the ground.

    Any ideas appreciated

    Thanks

    its nothing you did wrong

open back door and throw the machine as far down the garden as you can -

the thor machine is the biggest piece of crap i have ever seen or worked on

the stats pop and most pressure switches are set wrong (causing stats to pop) in the factory ,very little quality control in china

various things can cause water to stay in bottom including pressure switch fault

    did electrical ?

send it back and put a few quid to it for a different brand it will break your heart long term

thor are being renamed boomerang (joke)
