Primary schools in Palmerstown

    Is anyone familiar with any of the primary schools in Palmerstown particularly St Brigets girls school?Am new to the area and know next to nothing about any of the primary schools. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.:)

    Hi there :) We're a relatively quiet forum on boards, and the likeliness of any one reading your thread being from that area may be small. By advice would be to get out and about the community and ask people what they think, your neighbours would be a good start. You should also take a look at the school's website and maybe call into the school itself and see can you have a chat with the principal :)

    I am from the area but it has been a while since I would have attended St. Lorcan which is beside it.
    I will put the feelers out and repost when I can give feedback.

    Well you're in luck as i'm originally from that area. Lived there for 29 years and I went to the St Lorcan's Boys school right beside the girl's school. Hard to say what those schools are like now but as far as I know they have gone downhill big time in the past few years. Actually, i'll PM you with some info ;)
