Big and longtime lover of Lavazza rossa, but the last few packs ive bought, i have had to return as they are very bitter with a burnt taste!
Moved to other coffees now but still missing Lavazza- curious if anyone else had this issue?

The one that got away possibly.

Every so often there are over roasted bags of Coffee floating around but if a company has efficient QC checks it should be reduced.

One way to confirm if a Coffee is roasted to the correct colour ratio(which will also give you the ABC's) is to use Ultraviolet light. You cannot really do this at home so Im just going to assume, in the case of Lavazza, one Roaster got away.............................:D ( It shouldn't but meh)
