Cleaning a flat screen tv?

Can anyone recommend a product to clean the screen of a LCD tv? Not that it really matters but it's a 42" and while the marks don't affect the viewing they are very, very noticeable during the day when the natural light reflects of it (switched off) I previously had a 32" and had the same problem. I previously had a 32" and had the same problem. I tried the lint free cloth, wipes, some sort of spray item but if anything they just made the marks worse and in fact destroyed a little part at the side of the screen.

Any advice would be much appreciated
