Phil and Teds Dash versus Explorer Buggy

Want some advice on two very similar priced products. The Phil and ted's "explorer" versus the phil and teds "dash". Only difference seems to be location of brake "foot versus hand" and also explorer can be used with car seat attachment. Any thoughts?
