Is it possible to use vmbox install of windows 7, to setup a sharing folder, so I can Use windows to download stuff, put it in a shared folder for use with mac os then move it inside mac os as needed?

yes, locally.

But I use my dropbox to do it.

If you use Parallels Desktop it shares the system desktop directly.
