Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt on the Mediterranean coast:

Sicily and the “boot” of Italy, with the Mediterranean Sea representing most of the visible water in the view and the Adriatic Sea to the right of center. Tunisia is partially visible at left. Part of a docked Russian spacecraft and other components of the ISS are in the foreground:

Northern Gulf coast, Mobile Bay and the city of Mobile, New Orleans and Houston:

That is pretty impressive, they need to get some HD cameras up there. Love to see a time lapse video of the earth rotating.

In fact they need to go back to the moon just to record some HD footage of the earth from the moons surface.

That old pic is really low quality :p

Nat Geo HD had a great show called Earth From Space, It was a documentary about a few people on the ISS photographing the earth. Its AMAZING in HD!!!! It shows film of basically the above type of shots. I cant recommend it enough. Its the only thing on my sky Box that i have marked as "Keep"

Now that you mention it - the top right sorta looks like a Romulan ship.

Edit- when did England build giant solar panels?

Just think, we're in those photos. Probably doing something completely inconsequental. Actually, whatever the f*ck you're doing, it's pretty inconsequental

There's barely a light in North West Ireland, it's like North Korea!
