    just wondering if there is an app for listing what films I have in my DVD/blu ray collection?

    Yup.
    I think it's called iCollect, but I'll confirm.

    They have different versions...iCollectMovies, iCollectComics, etc. You ca add your titles using the serial number on the box, it then links to their online database giving you a thumbnail image of the cover, all info of the disc, etc.
    Seems pretty good.

    Edit: Yup, it's called iCollect, and it's from a crowd called Hooked in Motion. Linky
