cannot send 02 texts weekends

anyone having problems sending texts from an 086 at weekends.? A friend has this. Pre pay phone. Texts will send during week but not weekends.

i'm 086 prepay but never had this problem. Very strange!

Its not meant to be that way, and I have sent webtexts today on o2 and had no problem.
