I know this is a longshot, but does anyone here do this module? If so, do you have any how to do the poetry critical analysis? I don't have a clue.

I did it last year. Just take the poem line by line and make up stuff about it. Or, you can break it down into themes, images, all that stuff. It's not actually too difficult at all.

Abou those things, what does it actually matter if there are 10 syllables or 12?

It tells you what type of poem it is.

You should try and contact your tutor and/or lecturer and ask them if they can give you a few tips (assuming the assignment isn't due tomorrow). Did they not give you some pointers/handouts in your lectures/tutorials? They usually do.
