    nope. and the ones that do strobe lessen the life of the bulbs. have and LED strobe that had 2 bulbs gun in it.

    What capacity is the battery, 1400Mah or 2200Mah? Is it activated by a push-button at the base of the flashlight? Do you take PayPal?

    its 1700 mah i think, and its a base plate that u need to hold down. and yes i do take paypal.
