Another Gold special in the vein of the Fawlty Towers and Royle Family specials recently. Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry are reunited to look back at their earlier career together. This one is on November 24th at 21.00.

Really looking forward to this one. Always been a fan of them from their days in 'a bit of fry and laurie' to Blackadder and Jeeves and Wooster. They seemed to disappear for a long time from tv and then both seemed to see a resurgence in their careers with Laurie in House and Fry with QI amongst other things.

Good to see them back on tv together even if it is just for a nostalgic look back. Looking forward to it.

Jeeves and Wooster runs on ITV3 for fans of soft focus light comedy.

I loved 'A Bit of Fry and Laurie' but have never seen 'Jeeves and Wooster.'
I will have to rectify this soon. :)

They're showing an old episode of A Bit of Fry and Laurie too I think.

I only watched the first half hour, but it was easily the worst made tv show I have ever witnessed. On the plus side, I now know what it feels like to suffer from ADD. I assumed at the beginning I was watching a trailer for the program that would be following the ads, but it turned out to be the actual show itself.
As my other half put it, 'who made this crap, americans?'.
Every 15 minutes or so it would again feature a promo for the show(while the show was on). After two such 'promos' I retired a broken, beaten man.

It was decent enough, nothing brilliant tbh. Good to watch the chemistry between the 2 of them though.
