UPC - Persistent Problems

    I have UPC digital +

    The box grinds to a halt at least once a day, and then turns off

    The box was replaced a couple of weeks ago, same problem (different model of box too)

    So it must be a network problem?

    How can I get UPC to take notice of this as a larger problem than just the box

    Do they have a forum where customer/technical svc reps answer queries?

    Does anyone have the name or email address of someone senior in UPC?
