A few people over on DJtechtools have them, they seem to be okay.
I was considering getting a set in the new year or put them on the christmas list! :)

I think with headphones, don't buy any new model until they've been out a year or two. Headphones will break so at least you'll know how long you'll get out of them.

I've owned nearly every type of studio headphones, and every single pair has broken on me apart from the Beyer DT 100s (those ugly ones you see in every studio in the world).

You could just buy the Sennheiser HD 25's as most people do. I'm not saying they're the absolute best, but the sound is incredible out of them and most importantly, EVERYTHING is easily replaceable on them.

Oddly enough I used the Beyer's for years as they never broke, though they could be tricky on some mixers as the volume wasn't loud enough (for me anyway) and I went through bucket loads of 'phones, mainly Sennheisers, which to be fair are pretty durable

ah yeah man, I've grown up with pair of beyers on my ears for days at a time. Only headphones I use when doing drums. I can hit as hard as I like and hear the click perfectly in them. Beasts of things.

The ohm handlings are different on different headphones (even if they look the same) so for loud stuff you want to get something that can really take a pumping.

Just bought a pair of HDJ-500-R , and i must say the sound is beautiful out of them crystal clear , tight and very good noise isolation and best of all leather ear cups no cheap fake leather that make your ears all greasy

99 euro i think is a bargain real nice quality feel :)
