pool and a pint in Dublin

    Hi,

I'm looking for somewhere in Dublin where you can have a few games of pool on an "American" table, and a couple of beers. What they used to have upstairs in the Palace bar on Camden St. is exactly what I'm after, but apparently all the pool tables were removed some time ago. The city centre would be ideal, or anywhere close to a city centre or southside DART station.

    Thanks,

    CnB

Bray Bowl was doing a €10 entry on weekend nights deal a month or two ago, presume it's still on as it was quite popular - bring your own beer and you get free bowling/american pool/english pool for the night. I went over the summer once or twice, and it actually wasn't populated by "undesirables" causing trouble as I had expected.
