Today, I was unable to alter/create any diverts on my O2 pre-pay phone!

    1. I tried to cancel all my conditional diverts , that wouldn't work.
    2. Then tried to divert all my calls to my land-line, and that wouldn't work either

    Tried to do all of these using the phone's (Nokia 6230i) own menu and always the same answer "Request not completed"

    Is this an O2 thing?

    I mostly use Meteor

    it's an o2 thing. you can't divert calls to anything other than voicemail on prepay.
