HWVS shipping costs

Im sorry folks this might be in the wrong area. Im browsing the HWVS site and for the life of me cannot make sense of their shipping costs. I want to buy a GTX760 and i see that its €30 for P&P, if i add more items does the shipping cost go up? I might add a Processor.
