I'm using a SD sat4free box and so far its great - no issues despite being dissed on here:D
Thinking of going for a HD PVR but just want to check what HD channels are currently available (or what's due to be added soon). I'll be using Lizzie Windsor's postcode, natch.

Luxe HD closed down. Replaced by the, not entirely dissimilar, Luxury Life HD.

:)STV HD is also available. You can tune it in on 'non freesat channel menu on any HD freesat box/tv or any HD sat receiver. I guess it is included in a Scottish postcode freesat setup, I haven't tried that, just tuned it in as non-freesat channel!

I believe that STV and ITV can be quite different at times due to STV not showing a lot of ITV dramas and so on.

Last time I checked, STV are proper HD with 1920x1080, as opposed to ITV1 HD's 1440x1080

Yes ["ITV1" for Scotland, is independently owned [like UTV]and not part of ITV plc] It carries STV West programming and has a lot more local content than the ITV regions and picture quality is excellent!
Forgot the tuning details in last post
    Frequency 10936V
    S/R 22000
    FEC 5/6
