Opening new ports on the router

Hey folks, currently having problems with my Nintendo Wii's Wifi, it works grand online (downloading and stuff) but I can't play any online games.

I'm currently using an EIrcom Netopia router and from looking around online, it seems I need to open up additional ports in order to play.
I found the following from someone else having a similar problem to me:
"The game uses the following ports:
    Nintendo Wi-Fi: TCP: 443, 3074 UDP: 3074
    James Bond: GoldenEye: UDP: 3074"
Apparently, once I enable these, the game will work. However, I'm unsure how I do this.

I'm on the NAT page for my router and it has the following:
Set up a Port Forwarding range entry based on your specific ports
    Service Name: (xxxxx)
    Global Port Range: (x) - (x)
    Base Host Port: (x)
    Protocol: TCP/UDP

Any ideas on where I go from here?

This may be far too late but to open a specific port eg tcp 443

Service name can be anything I normally name it after the game ie goldeneye1,2,3 etc
    Global port range: 443 - 443
    Base host port: 443
    Protocol: TCP

You may need to open more ports
    A good website is portforward.com
Pick your modem then the game
    It has screenshots and everything
