Steroid injections in Dublin

My mother has severe RA, and when her shoulder gets bad her GP gives her a steroid injection in the joint.

Unfortunately her GP has gone on holiday, and her shoulder is so bad she can't move her arm. He won't be back until the 22nd, and she fosters small children. She can't lift them at the moment.

Does anybody know of anyone in the Dublin area who would give a steroid injection to a non-patient in an emergency? It's quite a specialised procedure. Consultants are probably out due to the length of time it takes to get an appointment, I think we're talking GP's and clinics, that kind of thing.

I'd be so grateful for your help x
