To be fair, the indo are only reporting on the case, the family history was used by her solicitor in court to make Ms. Snugg out to be even more of a victim.

Why couldn't Dublin Bus afford a good spinster solicitor?

I bet that he wouldn't have gotten out of the bus to knock at the window and shout things if it had been a man on his own! Accidently driving into the bus lane shouldn't warrent that kind of aggression. Any woman driving on her own would find that intimidating.

The fact that he returned to his bus when she said she'd break his legs does support that view.

Ah come on - you don't really believe she was there accidently do you?! The article also infers that she continued to drive down the bus lane. The only thing she should have got was penalty points and a fine.

She should have had her license revoked.

Penalties for driving offences in this country are a joke.

Why are there no consequences for rude/ inconsiderate/ obnoxious driving? There should be some kind of embarassing remedial driving shcool that ar*eholes should be sent to...at their cost.

Doesn't look like a "If you don't go away, I'll break your f***ing legs" kind of person.
Managed to scare off a bus driver no less.

There should be millions paid out daily to drivers on that basis.
