Things to do in Limerick??

From Limerick all my life, and have run out of ideas for things to do!!! Trying to find original things to do for 2 people that don't involve dinner, cinema or drinks!!! Unfortunately with work etc we both won't be doing anything until after 10pm tomorrow night.... any ideas??
