Help! Black Ops Campaign Glitch

I'm stuck on Executive Order. I get no prompt to plant a breaching charge on the wall of the secondary launch centre and I think one of the NPCs is missing. Anyone else have this problem and/or know how to fix it? It's wrecking my head and ruining the story. :mad:

Tried doing it from the Mission select, I'll try restarting later. That third dude is probably running against a barrel somewhere in the map. Fecking deserter.
