Does anyone know how their assessment centre works. got invited today to one next friday. Advice would be nice. Its a group interview so if its a case of "whoever shouts the loudest..." wins it let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi cena2j,

Iv been through the group stage myself back in Oct, its act grand,, i dont necessarily think that its the loudest that wins ,its more the case of how attentative are you to others. Obviously dont be a mouse in the corner but I dont think they want anyone who is bossy, pushy and so on. Make sure to listen to others and to just generally respect everyones opinion. Really just common sense. Interviewers are lovely, its v. relaxed environment and the 3 hours fly. Honestly its grand. Hope this helps and best of luck in your interviews:rolleyes:
