    Hello can anyone recommend HD receiver that can control a motorised dish, somthing easy to use and not Linux and have 2 card slots

    A good quality cheap in price HD receiver would be perfect

    No. Doesn't exist. Though depend what you mean by "cheap".

    You know nearly all boxes run "Linux". It's just some are never finished and the maker allows people to customise the Firmware in hope that the "community" will finish it. The really good ones are "locked down" and only allow Manufacturer's Firmware.
