There's a girl called Siobhan Power who does workshops and classes in the evenings near Thurles. She's also up for nomination on Chef Factor. Her food is amazing and anyone I know who took one of her classes thought she was excellent. I don't have her contact details, but she ran a Christmas Cookery Class with the Tipperary Education Support Centre last year, so maybe contact them and they might be able to help you out - email: info@tippec.ie/ tel: 086 6008860
