    Hey all,

Looking for a dress and seen a couple on ASOS.

Now, I've never dealt with them before and would like to know how are they for sizes? I would be a 10/12, in the way that in one shop I could be a 10 (I love those shops) and in another I could be a 12 (not so fond of those shops!!) So in the shops, I normally take a 10 & 12 to the changing room.

If i buy of ASOS and If the dress doesn't fit, are they good about exchanges/refunds and does it take long???

    Any help appreciated.

    dlambirl.

They're great for refunds etc! I've returned a few things to them and once they receive the item they'll email to let you know and to say that your refund is processing. It usually takes a couple days for the money to come back into your account but it's a fairly quick process! Their returns address is Irish as well which helps speed it all up. Really can't fault them at all!

I find youre better off to go a size smaller on their own brand stuff. But be warned their own brand stuff is of very low quality

    Service wise theyre excellent though

I've only ordered a few things from them, but have found that sizes tend to be a little small round the bust, like you i'm between sizes 10/12 but i've always gone for the 12 with ASOS because my boobs won't fit in a 10 :o

But if you've a small chest i'd go for the smaller size..

I agree with the above poster that their sizes can be a bit small around the bust.

Returns are sent to Athlone rather than the UK so it's a bit cheaper. Delivery is quick too and cheap. They refund you quickly, I've done it a few times. If you buy a Grazia magazine there is a 20% off discount code. You can probably find it online somewhere.
