Symbol tatoo advice

Hello, sorry if this is a really boring topic. I just wanted to get a bit of information.

I've designed a symbol with a mixture of thin, angular and curved lines. It's quite detailed in terms of precision, but not in the sense that there's a whole lot going on within the image itself. I'd ideally like to get it done on the inside of my upper arm or the inside of my lower arm. But I just have a few questions:

    1) Should I seek out a tatoo artist who specialises in doing stuff of this nature, or would most people be able to handle it?

    2) Given the bending of flesh in this area of the arm, would it be a good idea to get something like this here, or would another location be better?

    3) Is it even possible to get precise, angular tatoos? I sometimes have the impressions that some tatoos can look kind of "cartoony", which is what I want to avoid.

    Thanks!

can you post a pic of it??

Anyone good at tribal, for angular stuff...its good to remember that all pictures are made up of is lines and curves, so all tattoos are are lines and curves, its how its delivered that matters...

For Real pricision stuff hand tattooing, the tradional way is something interesting to look into to.
