    hey just wanted to know are you able to transfer to the 2nd year of a course in trinity after doing a year of a similar course in another college...any help would be much appreciated thanks.

    It has happened. (I can think of two instances in recent years.) If you wanted to go along that route, maybe you would best proceed by getting into contact with the relevant department in TCD.
