Website designer cant finish site

    Hello,

    Having a site designed, nearly there, but the guy doing it cant finish it for a very good reason.

    Hes sending me the files?. Is it easy for someonw else to pick this up?

    Any advice appreciated.

    It should be, but it depends on the platform, CMS and the structure he's using.
