I was pricing getting a timing belt changed on my avensis (just hit 180k miles). Belt, tensioner, and water pump.

    Found four of them there.
    • D-Garage
    • PRZ
    • Seamus McGrath
    • Place across from Seamus McGraths who I can't remember

Prices didn't vary massively, any opinions or reviews on the above?

I work out by UL, so want to get this done during the day somewhere nearby. I already have the parts.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks

    Mark

Seamus McGrath would be top of the list. Owned and run by Aidan Frahill ("Danno") who took over the business from Seamus McGrath some years ago.
Very good mechanics and not a rip-off merchant.....just take a look at the number of Taxis that use him.
I have no connection with them other than paying them for work on my car.

Ben Riordan in Ballyneety is top class, reasonably priced and an absolute gent.

-1 on Danno, wasn't one bit impressed with work he did for me.

Seems the PRK place is recommended by the Polish lad I work with. Him and all use mates use him regularly. Might try him. Thanks for the help folks.

Just in with Aidan for timing belt myself, always use him, reasonable and gets job done, don't think u can go wrong with him.
