    Caller to computer help centre: "I have problems with my printer".
    Technician: "OK, what's wrong with it?"
    Caller: "The mouse is jammed".
    Technician: "Er...Printers don't have a mouse."
    Caller: "Oh....Look, I'll send you a picture..."
