Virus blocking Antivirus software

    It said I had a new update for the toolbar so I installed it. When it was installed it had installed a security tool which itself was a virus and is blocking my antivirus software from removing it. It says the worm is trying to send credit card information to such and such website, and a trojan is attacking the program files on my computer. Its not on this computer, its on a different computer in the house. Has anyone any ideas on how to fix this please?
