In a typical week I watch:

    Always sunny
    Community
    Running Wilde
    The Big Bang Theory
    30 Rock
    Family Guy
    American Dad
    The Cleveland Show
    The Venture Bros.
    **** my Dad Says
    Wheeler Dealers
    Frontline Battle Machines
    Modern Family
    The Middle
    Eastbound & Down

Almost all of the above are shared viewing with my wife. We dont watch sports, news or current affairs or soaps. and while i'm not really the drama fan, she is (dexter, true blood walking dead etc) Ive been recommended boardwalk empire and i may give it a watch once the full season is out. We also watch a lot of the discoveries/history/sky arts channels

so....i may watch too much comedy but only one is a chuck lorre!

You're missing out on some truly superb drama..

.. comedies are good and all, but you need a few more ongoing serials.

Why would you watch **** My Dad Says and The Cleveland Show when there's so much better television out there?

Why are people putting up what they watch during the week? Surely nobody cares ..?

Since you like comedy check out Chuck and Raising Hope

Bit top heavy on the comedies, i'd recomend an injection of Walking Dead and Boardwalk Empire at the very least, no Sci-Fi?

Sure tis harmless, you always have the option NOT to read the thread and it's not like we're running out of space :)

need to diversify id say, i healty balance of comedy-drama,

i probably add house, has its fun moments they get less and less but should be easily incorporated into you schedual, maybe hawaii 5-0 for a bit of action, i would add spartacus to it but do a bit of research and determine if your other half would care about the overload of nudity, but it is a great series,

maybe also breaking bad, and the walking dead, so much to choose from,

theres also the wire, the sopranos and the west wing, all finnished now but the dvd boxset are cheap enough if you look around,

also there the TV recomendation thread, it gives basic information on nearly every TV show out there

to say i dont watch any dramas is not entirely true...i forgot that i have been following lie to me up until the latest season but havent had time to catch up yet. the missus has just started watching house from the current season and i sometimes catch an ep, ditto with bones.

I used to have a rule (before the internet became my televison) that i'd never watch a drama series unless i'd seen it from ep 1. therefore i've never followed the sopranos, 24, breaking bad or lost etc. perhaps i have ADD but i can only seem to watch TV in 20 minute chunks. I prefer "dramedys" to full on seriousness anyway...
