    The post office dont charge commission. Just saw this on a flyer, cant say if its the best value though.

    Post office - It's usually not the best value, but ok for buying small amounts (< $500), anything over and it's worth paying the commission (which is max €6.35 in AIB) , I've found National Irish Bank usually have the best rates though of eur->usd.
