Something similar to madbid.ie for example but not exactly the same.
Now i have no idea in what way going about taxes and not 100% sure if my business online will be considered gambling or like a lotto busniess.
Please forgive me in how vague that my question may sound.
Any kind of advice about the above sort of business about taxes in ireland would be really appreciated.

    Regards,

    Michael.

    Hi Michael,
Had a look at madbid.ie and it just looks like a regular online retailer to me.

Here are two good resource for starting a business at Revenue and a Bank Of Ireland guide, which is written by Brian O'Kane who has some good reading in the area
