Grunge Band Seeks Drummer

Trio of lads in their mid-20's seeking like-minded and easy-going drummer to join the new incarnation of our 2008 dublin based glam-grunge rock band. Music is our joy and we ask that only relaxed, good natured rockers need apply. Sense of humour of utmost importance, and preferably be agreeable to not taking yourself too seriously on and off stage. We are a group of mates first and a band second, but we have plenty of experience of playing gigs and recording, and this is something we want to get back to in 2011. We do not require much commitment but do endeavour to practice once a week, and perhaps be available for gigs or recording when the occasion arises.

Musical influences are varied and we don't always sound like the bands we like to listen to. However, if you're a fan of Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Nine Inch Nails, Audioslave etc. then there's a chance you may enjoy at least what we're trying to do.

The best thing to do is to take a listen to what we've done before, which is most under our old guise...

If you're interested and what to know more, and maybe come along for a practice then drop us an email at filthykingsrock@hotmail.com explaining a bit about yourself and of your rock history (if any) and we'll see what happens from there!

    Thanks,
