While it does depend on the abuse work they have done already they will be just fine, enjoy it!

Any suspension Fork will do in Ballyhoura as its not that tough on bikes. However to get the most out of your fork I'd recommend to keep it in good condition and service when required.

If your everyday riding is on tarmac then I'd recommend locking it to prevent unnecessary wear & tear. And unlock on trh trials...

I have a Cube Analog which I've used in Ballyhoura (and the Nagles) with no problems. Not sure if they share the same fork. Mine has a Suntour XCM 100mm lockout which I'm lead to believe is fairly bog standard. I expect the Acid has a better one. Ballyhoura is tame anyway for the most part on forks. The brown and green loops are fairly bedded in now. The Nagles on the other hand is a different kettle of fish.

ive only ever done the white route, not sure which is the nagles..

I'm running Rock Shock suspension..not sure really about the rest of it yet..im guessing its 100mm lockout as well..

after a day in the trails is just washing it enough or would you want to oil it too?
