Black ops...What guns

Right lads I am working my way up the levels but am unsure what guns are good. In mw2 I used tar silenced and ump45. Please recommend what you are using to compare.

All depends on your playing style and what game modes you play really.I mainly use the mp5 for domination and the m16 for tdm.

Using the MP5 mostly at the moment, and the FAMAS to mix it up abit. MP5 seems overpowered, im dominating with it on a rusher class with extended mags. Oh some maps though i switch to the FAMAS, like Villa and.....yeah just Villa right now :P

Pretty much what i'm doing right now, with some sniping inbetween. Mp5 is the new UMP i reckon

Enigma IE

The Enfield with silencer is surprisingly good, no recoil. Not as much power as the others (M14, M16) but quite easy to hit your target and land enough bullets for the kill.

MP5 seem quite nice so far. I'm trying the Enfield now that I have Create A Class unlocked, and it's alright - a nice "rat-a-tat-tat" off it, which I'm liking, although I can't really gauge it's power, since I was playing a Hardcore TDM on my first game with it.

Famas with Red Dot. Loving it so far, better than in MW2.

AK47 is a beast. Have two classes for it, one with hardened, and the other with ghost.

MP5 was fantastic at the start, but haven't used it in a while.

The the FAMAS is very hit and miss with me.

I think the Famas is best with a silencer, it really cuts down on the recoil without losing too much power.

The Galil(sp?) is a beast of a gun.

I generally just use mp5 red dot, famas red dot, or m16 reflex sight
The shotgun is fun to use with a runner class on small maps tho

I'm in love with this. Use it with Ghost, Sleight of Hand, and Ninja.

Does suppresor make the guns recoil less? Havent used that attachment yet.

What gun without attachments has the least recoil out of them all?

I found that when i use a RDS with the FAMAS the recoil seems to be increased. Anyone else find this or am i mad? With the RDS at medium to long range i need to burst fire abit, but with the Iron sights i can go full auto at any range and get kills.

Also anyone know what the diff between a reflex and a red dot is?

Red Dot has a little bit of zoom, reflex has none AFAIK.

Had been doing this but switched to the AK74U when it unlocked, it is every bit as good as the MP5 at close range, but is more powerful at long range but now powerful enough to outshoot an assault rifle so that is fairly balanced i reckon.

Just unlocked the ak74u, using it with extended mags, it's pretty sweet.
