Passing by Penneys today on Mary Street and they were advertising for positions in Germany. They will pay for flights and living accomodation there. I'm curious as to why they'd advertise these positions here and pay for the costs mentioned above? Wouldn't it make more sense to advertise within Germany? I'm not interested…

I'm not interested in the positions, I'm working in the same job for the last 9 years but am just simply curious. It wouldn't seem to make sense.
