Mk 4 Golf door lock

    Alrite lads,

    Having a bit of a problem with the golf ('01), the drivers side barrell seems to be jammed. It'll turn fine to open the car (its a bit stiff but it works) but when I try to turn it to lock the car it won't budge at all!!
    I gave it a shot of WD40 but it didn't help!

    Anyone got any suggestions?
