Small road bike suitable for a 5'2'' teenager

I am looking for a small road bike suitable for a 5foot 2 teenager. My price range is under €220 because it will be his first bike and I dont want to splash the cash just yet.
I am based in Dublin if you have any road bikes in the back of your garage and looking to get rid of it:).

Im 5 foot 5 and have a 20" bike, my daughter is 11 and 5 foot and is on a 17.5" bike so i would say either a 18" or 20" should do (i take it he is still growing) he can even have a go of it in the shop. (well in limerick they let you do that) that way your sure to get the right size.

I am looking around for similar and have found Rutland Cycling have a Raleigh youth road bike 47cm frame which might suit. The entry level Equipe is still priced at £189 (+postage) so not sure if if would come in under your €220 target.
