How to send .exe to infected computer over interent?

    Is there any way to send .exe files to a computer that has a virus and possible malware, the other person can get into their browser but can't click on any links so can't not download the programs themselves.

    I'm trying to send malwarebytes.exe and rkill.exe.

    Can it be done Via some kind of remote login, where I connect to their computer and upload the flles directly from my pc to their desktop so they can run them?
