Rathgar to St Vincents hospital journey time?

Hi I need to get to Vincents for an appointment 9am tomorrow morning and will be leaving from Rathgar. I'm not familiar with this route and am unsure how long I should leave for the journey and what the best route to avoid traffic is. I'll be travelling by car. Can any body help me out?

It's all crap, traffic-wise. Use the most direct route as calculated by google maps and give yourself at least 45 minutes.
