InIt displayed on upc hd box and no picture/sound?!

As the title suggests im having problems with my upc hd box. I'm getting "InIt" on the lcd display on the box and getting no picture or sound and the remote is unresponsive! It all started when i phoned upc to complain that my epg wasn't loading as quick as it did before and that the browsing epg wasn't loading up at all.…

The guy on the other end of the phone said to do a factory reset which i did and now i have to wait till wednesday for a technician to call out! :mad: Anyone got any suggestions?
