Did it slip? Are you using a plain hex socket/bi-hex socket ? Impact driver? Scaffolding bar type leverage extension ?

Is it rounded now are you sure? If so, its hammer time! or a drill and some drill bits or also they are special tools that can do the job. Bring it to a mechanic.

Sometimes hitting (Shocking) the stud may free it up...maybe use a large
round punch + hammer and give it a few sharp smacks.

Also maybe refit the other 3 studs and see will this help....otherwise get your to a tyre centre and see if they can use an impact gun to lossen it..thats if the stud is'nt rounded to much....
Last resort is to weld on another stub onto it and the heat should free it out.
    best of luck with it.

ok lads been at it in the rain for the last 3 hours, finally got it off! fcukin thing. welded on a socket onto a metre long piece of angle iron and hammered the socket onto the stud. then after getting the cnut off the wheel was stuck to the disc! it would not come off. im not talking about a few kicks not getting it off, i mean a block of wood flat on the outside of the alloy and hitting it with a lump hammer...another half hour in the rain! ****in alloys.

thanks for the replies lads, much appreciated
